Scottish Rite

Cedric Smith (Grand Secretary) and Roger Crouse (1st Lt Cmdr of VT Consistory) after they received their 33rd in St Louis on 9/23. One shot shows Kay Hildebrand (wife of Richard Hildebrand, Deputy for Vermont) pinning a rose on Judy Crouse, Roger's wife. Two others show Roger pinning a 33rd degree ladies pin on his wife Judy.

Cedric and Roger were the two 33rd degree candidates from Vermont. There were 140 candidates representing all Valleys in the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite. The degree was conferred at the America's Center in St Louis. The photos were taken at the Millenium Hotel where the Vermont Delegation held its State Dinner that evening.
