Anti-Masonry

If you've been confronted by charges that Freemasonry is a religion, is part of some secret 'new world order' or worships Lucifer, you'll want to check out the websites below:

Since 1998, Bro. Ed King's website - masonicinfo.com - has provided information about the anti-Masons and their tactics. Naming names and explaining the fallacies in the false charges against the fraternity, this site addresses a broad spectrum of objections and objectors.

Trevor McKeown's Anti-Masonry Site is another excellent resource which provides extraordinary and in-depth analysis of the most egregious claims of anti-Masons. You can find this on the website of the Grand Lodge of British Columbia and Yukon's where Bro. McKeown invests considerable energy attempting to address the irrational and erroneous charges leveled against our 'gentle craft'.

Now in its 3rd Edition (the first two published by the Masonic Information Center), Is It True What They Say About Freemasonry has been updated and several new chapters included. Written by Arturo de Hoyos and S. Brent Morris, this book is a must for anyone interested in why Freemasonry is attacked by anti-Masons. The 3rd edition has been published by M. Evans and Company of New York. (This is the same publisher used by John J. Robinson.) (Available in most bookstores - ISBN 1-59077-030-7 $14.95)

Order of the Sword of Bunker Hill

The Order of the Sword of Bunker Hill is a historical and patriotic side Order of Masonry, but not just one of 57 other varieties of affiliations of Masonry, but an Order founded to perpetuate the principles of American liberty, and to indelibly impress upon the minds or each generation the sacrifices made by our Masonic forefathers in forming and establishing the United States of America.

It should be remembered that the "Sword of Bunker Hill" is not a Masonic degree, but rather an Order conferred upon a Master Mason in good standing.

The National Masonic Foundation for Children

The National Masonic Foundation for Children established in 1986, is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization that seeks to promote programs in schools, particularly the Masonic Model Student Assistance Program, to prevent addiction before it takes hold, and to help the youth of this country lead productive, useful, and healthy lives. More than 32,000 educators have attended Masonic Model training which has resulted in more than half a million schoolchildren being successfully referred to, and helped by, this program.
