The Grand Lodge Office is open fro 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday – Thursday July through March 31, except on Holidays; April 1 through June 30 Monday – Friday.

Mrs. Ann Winter is Secretary to the Grand Secretary, Cedric L. Smith.  The Grand Secretary may be contacted at his home, if necessary, after hours  at 802-479-1206.  Changes of address for Lodge Members may be submitted at any time.

Requests for 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75 and 80-year longevity awards will be accepted any time after January 1 of each year of the anniversary date.  Please be sure to indicate if the award to an out-of-state member is to be made at his address or on his return to Vermont.

Correspondence to out-of-state Lodges or other Grand Lodges can be sent to the Grand Secretary’s Office for transmittal to the other Grand Lodges.
